About the author
My name is not my anxiety.
I lived with anxiety and panic attacks for years before I found a way through. This is my story — and the reason I wrote Anxiety Stop Now!
"Recovery is not a destination. It's a direction."
Where it began
For years, anxiety was my constant companion. It showed up uninvited — in crowded rooms, in quiet moments, in the middle of the night. Panic attacks that felt like the world was ending. A racing heart. A mind that wouldn't slow down. The feeling that something was deeply, permanently wrong with me.
I tried to push through it. I tried to ignore it. I tried to outrun it. None of it worked. What finally worked was something different — understanding what anxiety actually is, learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it, and building a set of practical tools that I could reach for in any moment.
That process of discovery became the Pyramid Triangle Method. It didn't come from a textbook — it came from lived experience, from trial and error, from the slow and sometimes painful work of learning to feel safe in my own body again.
The turning point
Recovery didn't happen overnight. There was no single moment where everything changed. It was a gradual process — one tool at a time, one day at a time. But there came a point where I realized: I am not my anxiety. Anxiety is something that happens to me. And I have more power over it than I ever believed.
That realization changed everything. And I knew I had to share it.
"You are not broken. You are not weak. You are a person dealing with something very real — and there is a way through."
Why I wrote this book
I wrote Anxiety Stop Now! because I wish someone had handed it to me when I was at my lowest. Not a clinical textbook. Not a list of symptoms. A real, honest account of what anxiety feels like from the inside — and a practical, compassionate roadmap for getting through it.
The Pyramid Triangle Method is the framework I built for myself and refined over time. It's structured enough to give you direction, and flexible enough to meet you wherever you are. Whether you're dealing with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, or the weight of everyday stress — this book was written for you.
